This fall was a great season to kick off selling my baked goods. I’m so grateful to the family, friends, and new customers who placed orders every week. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

I recently learned that I LOVE pumpkin. Pumpkin cream cold brew, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin pies, pumpkin SOUP. Well, no. I actually haven’t had pumpkin soup yet. But I’m sure it’s delicious! Just like I know these cookies are delicious. Light, almost cake-like, moist cookies.

Pumpkin Blondies

Never heard of a Blondie? Imagine a delicious, chewy brownie… but without the chocolate! You’re probably thinking, “But why?” And I will counter that with, “Why not?!” These blondies are flavored with puréed pumpkin, and have a delightful fudgy crumb.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Sugar cookies have never been my favorite, but I love cookie cutters. These cookies savor the addition of cream cheese that add a tanginess in taste and contribute to a light, soft texture.

Mini Cheesecakes

These mini cheesecakes were a blast to make, and such a great way to end the spooky Halloween season. Meticulously decorated with Jack Skellington’s face, these baked cheesecakes are sure to delight any party. You can also eat an entire dozen by yourself. I won’t tell anyone 🤫
